Return & Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags are attached.

2. Sale Items

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds on products purchased while on sale.
  • Exchanges Only: Sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges only (subject to stock availability), provided they meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1.

3. Exchanges & Courier Fees

  • Standard Exchanges: If you received a wrong or defective item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
  • Free Delivery Promotion: If your original order qualified for a “Free Delivery” promotion, returning that order for an exchange will incur a flat fee of no more than R119. This covers the courier cost of returning the parcel to our facility.
  • Out of Stock: If an exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal value or store credit.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exclusion: As noted above, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Delaré.

5. Return Shipping

  • Delaré Error: (Wrong item/defect) We arrange free return collection.
  • Non-Qualifying Returns: If the return is for reasons other than a Delaré error (and is approved), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
