How the Exchange Process Works

Once you have completed the R119 Return Shipping payment, we will initiate the exchange process. Here is what you can expect:

Step 1: Collection & Shipping

After checkout, our team will schedule a collection or a drop-off point via The Courier Guy. You will receive a notification with the relevant tracking details or waybill instructions.

Step 2: Quality Inspection

Once your parcel arrives at our facility, the items will be inspected to ensure they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Step 3: New Order Creation

Upon approval of your exchange, we will manually create a new order for your replacement item. This ensures the inventory is reserved and your new tracking number is generated.

Step 4: Final Delivery

As soon as your new order is dispatched, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery to your door.
