1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must still be attached.
Important:
Due to hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns for wrong size selection, as our shirts are accurately described as an oversized fit.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective).
3. Exchanges
If you received a wrong or defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer:
- A replacement of equal value, or
- A store credit, or
- A refund (only for defective or incorrect items).
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued when:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Funds will be returned via your original payment method.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by Delaré.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a Delaré error (wrong item, defect, damage), we will arrange free return collection.
- If the return does not qualify (e.g., incorrect size chosen), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will assist you with the next steps.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
